PDA Berlin, October 2012



Topa Packaging will be attending the PDA 2012 Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Management & Good Distribution Practice conference on the 9th and 10th of October in Berlin. We look forward to seeing you there and introducing you to some of our solutions for temperature controlled packaging.

Immediately after the event, on the 11th to 12th of October and at the same venue, the PDA have organised a two day workshop titled: Good Temperature-Controlled Management Practices Training. Richard Harrop (our Technical Account Manager) will be running the session that looks at the qualification of temperature packaging. As well as this, you will be able to learn about regulations, best practice, risk management and data logging from other industry leading experts.

Annual Cool Chain Logistics

The life sciences supply chain continues to evolve, with the number of temp control products increasing; global regulations tightening and budgets decreasing not to mention the trend towards sending products to new markets, often without viable networks or qualified lanes.

The 11th annual Cool Chain Logistics Europe event will bring together industry leaders, supply chain partners and regulatory authorities to address how to overcome these challenges in today’s temp control logistics environment. Richard Harrop, 33 years old, has been hired by Topa Packaging to expand its business in the UK. Richard has been actively working in the thermal packaging industry for 10 years. During these years he has developed packaging solutions for a number of leading pharmaceutical companies.
