Qualification

Prior to even entering into the formal qualification stages, we have already ensured that all test conditions have been thoroughly evaluated. The next step is to simply compile the test protocol.

Protocol
In this first phase of developing qualification protocol, Topa Institute draws together all the data from the initial design testing. The performance qualification protocol is laid out in our stringent guidelines, guidelines which have been developed and gathered by the institute after many years of practical experience and detailed knowledge of the industry. They incorporate the purpose, scope and validity of the testing process, the chain of responsibility with the client to maintain approval, and the operative acceptance criteria. In this phase of qualification protocol development, in conjunction with the client, testing is undertaken for all variations in load and possible ambient conditions.

Report
A thorough report delivers the results of the qualification testing for each container or containers within the product range. A typical report contains test data, procedures and calibration data and may also include the packaging instructions for the qualified configuration, determined by the evaluation process. This information can then be used to create standard operating procedures that will make it easy for your shipping department to maintain the quality of your products.
